Green Bean Casserole: A holiday classic that my kids would eat year ‘round.
1 container fresh sliced mushrooms, drain.
1 batch of green onion, chopped (all of it)
2 teaspoons butter
2 can green beans, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of regular, almond or evaporated milk

Cheddar cheese, shredded (personal option)
Directions:
1. Saute’ mushrooms and green onion in butter in small pan and transfer to a large in baking dish.
2. Add green beans, mushroom soup, milk, and generous shakes of Larapin Momma’s Mix. Fold until mixed. You can use the same dish for less mess.
3. Add cheddar cheese on top and then French-fried dried inions; cover top evenly.
4. Cook at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
*Mom tip* If you need a smaller portion, cut ingredients in half.
